Cancellation ❌ I completely understand that things happen and plans can change, but I also need you to understand my position as a stylist. I provide hair for my services, so when an appointment is canceled last minute, I lose money on the hair and also lose the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client. Going forward, all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made the day before or the day of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service price. This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment. Please be respectful of my time, business, and other clients who may be waiting for an available appointment. If you know you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.
